Ruby Starts Swimming, Little Gym & Playgroup

We started taking Ruby to swimming lessons more or less straight away and she really enjoys it. At first she was a bit apprehensive and wouldn't let go of Mummy but over time she has become the teachers pet and is almost swimming with only the aid of a floating belt. Now when swimming she doesn't need Mummy to hold on to and spends most of the lesson swimming around on her own. It has been wonderful watching her grow and develop her swimming skills.

Ruby also has attended Little Gym which is another thing she looks forward to going to. As soon as we pull in to the complex where it is she points and laughs and gets really excited. She is loved by her instructors who seem to spend extra time with her as she really tries all the activities. She is still getting use to the idea of listening and following instructions which we are sure will come with age.

Ruby loves hanging out with her friends at playgroup. She attends an intercountry adoption playgroup which consists of Korean, Ethiopian, African and Chinese children. She at present is the youngest of them but we are soon to have a new edition from Korea which is fantastic.
