Queens's Birthday Weekend in Bendigo with the Suixi Girls

Well cup weekend saw us in Bendigo with four of the families we travelled to China with. Once again it was great to see all the girls together again, these weekends are something we really look forward to. We stayed at the Central City Caravan Park in cabins. Unfortunately, they were a bit too far apart but we made the most of it and a good weekend was had by all. We visited the Dragon Museum and the Chinese gardens which the girls enjoyed. At the Museum they had the Bendigo Lion Dancers which all the girls were a bit scared of Ruby through the whole performance had her head buried under Daddy's arm. Must admit with a very big Lion looking you straight in the face it is understandable that she was a bit frightened. It was then of to the Chinese gardens where the girls
fed the fish, Ruby enjoyed this and was very considerate to give the fish that looked the most hungry all the food (not that any of them looked hungry they were pretty well fed fish). Each day we would do something in the morning and then the girls would come back for a little nap and then the afternoons were spent playing in the park at the caravan park while mummy and daddy's had a little drink and some nibbles. On the Sunday we took the girls on the Talking Tram ride, I can't tell you about anything they talked about as I was more interested in watching the girls and the fun they were having. Ruby being the seasoned train traveller had a great time on the tram. I have to say she is a very personable little girl and befriends people really easy. Here's some photos of them in the park and the fun they had.
